This is my first entry in this diary. I dont know how much it will help but if my shrink Simon Lee says it will work, then maybe it will.
Anyways,I am Flight Lieutenant Sudhanshu Kulkarni. I belong to the 15th Squadron of the Royal Darwin Air Force stationed at Creet in Neuve province of Dragonholm. Well I cant exactly call it Dragonholm because it is officially The Great Western Darwin Continent but we call this part of the world as Dragonholm as it is much shorter. What I dont understand is, why we still call it Dragonholm as it has been nearly around 90 years since The Great War of Emergence and ever since then, not a single dragon has been visible on this continent,let alone the entire planet of Darwin.
It used to be a really beautiful place Dragonholm judging by the photographs and video recordings that I have seen on the holograms during my training sessions when I joined the force. But any traces of such beauty has long since disappeared. All you would see now are huge industrialized cities surrounded by towns depending on them. But fortunately there is still a huge amount of forest coverage on the continent. Hopefully, it will stay there for a long time.
The forests themselves are a mystery. I have heard many stories of soldiers, Government officials and in rare cases people of importance just disappearing while travelling through the land owned by the trees.
Recently strange events have started occurring all around. I have heard reports of aircrafts such as the AF-56 Mjolnir, one of the most advanced fighter air/spacecrafts ever to be developed mysteriously crashing into farms and forests. Their wreckage showing signs of battle occurring high above in the sky even though radar suggests no such other entity being present in that vicinity.
Also, whenever I go on regular sorties, I sometimes see something streaking across the clouds from my cockpit.None of the other pilots in my squad have seen it when I asked them.Also my aircraft's radar shows nothing in that direction.These frequent sightings of an object streaking across the clouds has caused some kind of a concern among my peers and my superiors and they have asked me to see a shrink whose name I already mentioned.
I hope all these strange occurrences isn't an omen of bad things to come.
